The Three Step ProcessWhatever your application, your screen print work will be approached via a three stage process as outlined below:
MaterialMaterial is selected to meet the needs of our customers specifications. Typically this is either Polycarbonate, Polyester or PVC although we have access to a wide range of other materials where other substrate properties are required.
Ink and Artwork
Colours are either chosen or matched to specific RAL, CMYK or Pantone references.
Artwork is prepared digitally and plates prepared which are then cured in our ovens.
Once art screen's and inks are selected the material is either printed the surface or reverse printed on the underside as required.
Once the ink has been applied the ink through our industrial grade drier which ensures that the ink keys onto the substrate.
All inks used are compliant to the RoHS standard which verifies that they are lead-free and void of any harmful gasses.
Adhesive (where required)
Once the material is dried an adhesive layer is applied to underside of the substrate and directly onto the ink. This effectively sandwiches the ink between the adhesive and the substrate which guarantees that the print integrity will remain intact.
